This Privacy Policy explains what information ChaceTheData, LLC ("ChaceTheData," "we," "us," or "our") collects through chacethedata.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. Information we collect

• Purchase information: When you buy a Product, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We do receive and store your email address and purchase confirmation so we can verify access to paid tools.
• Contact form information: If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email, subject, and message you provide, so we can respond to you.
• Basic technical data: Standard hosting logs (e.g., IP address, browser type) may be collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on the Site.

2. How we use your information

• To grant and verify access to purchased Products;
• To respond to questions or messages you send us;
• To troubleshoot issues with the Site.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the Site:

• Stripe: payment processing;
• Supabase: secure storage of purchase records used to verify access;
• Netlify: website hosting and contact form handling.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.

4. Data retention

We retain purchase and contact records for as long as needed to provide access to Products and respond to inquiries, or as required by law.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing chace@chacethedata.com. Note that deleting your purchase record may affect your ability to verify access to a previously purchased Product.

6. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
