These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of chacethedata.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it, including the 2026 Top 150 Redraft Fantasy Rankings, Custom Rankings Builder, Round-by-Round Draft Strategy, and any other tools offered on the Site (collectively, the "Products"). The Site and Products are operated by ChaceTheData, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("ChaceTheData," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to use the Products

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute your access, login, purchased content, or any exported data to any other person;
• Copy, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Products for use in a competing product or service;
• Circumvent or share any password, access code, or paywall used to gate a Product.

Violation of this section may result in termination of your access without refund.

2. Payments and refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and charged through our payment processor, Stripe. Because Products are digital and access is granted instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at chace@chacethedata.com and we'll review it. Refunds outside of billing errors are granted at our sole discretion.

3. Informational purposes only

All content on the Site, including rankings, projections, statistical tools, and written analysis, is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, professional, financial, or betting advice. Fantasy football and sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and we make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content from the Site, including decisions related to fantasy sports contests, leagues, or wagering of any kind.

4. No affiliation with the NFL

ChaceTheData is an independent, privately operated site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, Next Gen Stats, or any other professional sports organization referenced on the Site. Team names, logos, and player images may appear for identification and commentary purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChaceTheData, LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, including any losses related to fantasy sports contests or wagering decisions. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Products is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
